內在因子

內在因子（英語：intrinsic factor, IF）——又稱胃內在因子（gastric intrinsic factor, GIF）——是由胃的壁細胞分泌的一種醣蛋白，能與維生素B12結合成一種錯合物，這種錯合物對蛋白質水解酶有很強的抵抗力，可防止維生素B12被分解破壞。當錯合物移動至迴腸時，可和迴腸黏膜上的特殊受體結合，進而促進迴腸上皮吸收維生素B12。上述過程是人體吸收維生素B12的唯一途徑，因此體內如果產生抗內在因子的抗體或內在因子分泌不足，將會出現維生素B12吸收不良，進而影響紅血球的生成，造成惡性貧血。
