2024年国际汽联世界一级方程式锦标赛（英语：2024 FIA Formula One World Championship）为一級方程式賽車的第75届世界锦标赛赛事，这是由国际赛车运动主管组织國際汽車聯盟所主办的最高级别开轮式赛车赛事。本季錦標賽在24場大獎賽中展開角逐，這些大獎賽在世界各地舉行，賽事於2月開始並在11月完成。^[1]車手及車隊将分別爭奪車手世界冠軍和車隊世界冠軍的頭銜，马克斯·维斯塔潘是卫冕车手冠军，他所属的车队红牛车队为卫冕车队冠军。^[2][3]

按照规则，所有车队都必须使用倍耐力提供的轮胎进行比赛。^[4] 每支車隊必須至少派出兩名車手，规定兩輛車各派一名。^[5]

车队变更

• 阿尔法·罗密欧结束了与索伯的合作关系，于2023年底离开了一级方程式。索伯将在2026年成为奥迪车队。^[27][28] 2024赛季，该车队更名为StakeF1車隊Kick索伯﹙Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber﹚，其制造商名称为Kick-索伯（Kick Sauber）。^[29][30]

领队变更

• 艾法托利車隊领队弗朗茨·托斯特在2023年赛季后退休，由前法拉利车队运动总监劳伦特·梅基斯接替为新任领队。^[34][35]

车手变更

• 与2023赛季初签约的车手相比，唯一的变化是丹尼尔·里卡多，他从2023年匈牙利大奖赛开始取代尼克·德弗里斯进入前艾法托利車隊车队。这意味着2023赛季最后一轮比赛的所有车手和车队组合将在2024赛季开始时保持不变，这是世界一级方程式锦标赛历史上的第一次。^[38][39]

車手超級駕駛執照扣分情況

賽程安排

本屆一級方程式錦標賽預計舉辦24站大獎賽賽事，為這項運動歷史上賽事最多、時間最長的一個賽季。^[53] 其中會在中國大獎賽、邁阿密大獎賽、奥地利大奖赛、美国大奖赛、巴西大奖赛和卡塔爾大獎賽中举办冲刺赛。^[54]

赛程变更

• 由于2019冠状病毒病疫情而连续四年取消的中国大奖赛将自2019年以来首次回归赛历。^[53]
• 上赛季因洪水灾害被取消的艾米利亚-罗马涅大奖赛将于本赛季再次举行。^[53]
• 根据合同，俄罗斯大奖赛将出现在2024年的赛程中。然而，因俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭原因，俄罗斯大奖赛的办赛合同于2022年终止。^[55]

規則修改

技术规则修改

• 为应对与2023年卡塔尔大奖赛相似的极端天气导致赛车座舱过热情况，车队可在赛车上安装为车手及座舱区域降温的勺型设备。^[56][57]

• 为2026赛季技术规则修改进行准备的计算流体力学工作或风洞测试工作必须在2025年1月1日后进行，但初步研发工作不受限制。^[58][59]

• 根据2020年以来的车队平均排名，预算帽上限进行了一定调整。平均排名在后四位的车队（哈斯车队、RBF1车队、索伯車隊及威廉姆斯车队）的预算帽上限由4500万美元被提高至6500万美元。平均排名中游的车队（麥拉倫車隊、阿斯顿·马丁车队及阿爾卑車隊）的预算帽上限被调整为5800万美元。而紅牛車隊、梅赛德斯AMG车队及法拉利車隊的预算帽上限被调整至5100万美元。^[60]

• 本赛季起，车队可使用2022款赛车为年轻车手提供测试，但赛车所使用的部件必须为官方测试或正赛中使用过的部件，以防止车队借由旧款赛车测试时机为现款赛车提供测试，造成不当获利情况。^[60]

• 赛车防滚架的负载测试要求相比上赛季更加严格，以防止车手出现意外情况。

• DRS使用时间被调整为起跑、安全车重启或红旗重启三种情况发生后的1圈，相比此前规定提前了一圈。^[61]

• 每位车手全赛季可使用的动力单元数量将于本赛季和下赛季由3套增加至4套。如使用第5套及以上动力单元，车手将遭到罚退处罚。^[62]

比賽用胎修改

• 在上赛季匈牙利站和意大利站上试行的“替代轮胎分配”计划（每位车手在比赛周末的轮胎配备量削减至11套）将不会在本赛季继续实行，每位车手在每个比赛周末可供分配的轮胎恢复至13套。^[63]

• 上赛季引入但未投入使用的C0配方轮胎（即2023赛季前的旧C1配方轮胎）将不会在本赛季启用。^[64][65]

• 原定在本赛季试行，2025赛季全面实行的禁用轮胎加热毯计划被废除。^[66]

• 原定于在上赛季後半测试的新版轮毂盖暂將在本赛季逐漸进行测试。^[67]

体育规则修改

• 针对赛事判罚的上诉提交时间将由原本的做出判罚决定后14天缩短至做出判罚决定后4天，同时国际汽联还将收取上诉审查费用，以阻止潜在的无意义上诉尝试。如车队上诉成功或国际汽联认定赛会裁决有不公平因素，上诉审查费用将退回车队。^[68]

• 根据国际汽联的《国际运动守则》，赛会干事可处以的最高罚款金额由此前的25万欧元提升至100万欧元。^[60]

• 含有冲刺赛的比赛周末结构进行调整，以使冲刺比赛时间更加合理且不影响比赛周末的进行。调整后的冲刺周末比赛结构如下︰^[69]
  • 周五：1节自由练习赛、冲刺排位赛（决定冲刺赛起跑顺位）。
  • 周六：冲刺赛正赛、大奖赛排位赛（决定正赛起跑顺位）。
  • 周日：大奖赛正赛。

• 车队可拥有两次拍摄日活动，总里程限制由此前的100公里提升至每个拍摄日200公里，但每自然日仅可进行一次拍摄日活动。^[60]

• 針對車手離開賽道範圍而得益，標準判罰將由5秒增加為10秒。這是因為車手不當超車賺取的時間往往多於5秒，過往的5秒判罰不足以影響比賽結果。

季前测试

2024年2月21-23日，2024年世界一级方程式锦标赛的季前测试将在位于萨基尔的巴林国际赛道举行。^[70][71]

每场比赛的积分规则如下表所示，正赛前10名完赛的车手及冲刺赛前8名完赛车手可获得积分：

如出现同分状况时，将根据车手获得的分站冠军数量决定最终的排行榜名次；分站冠军数量仍然相同时将比较车手取得的最高排名数量。正赛最快圈速的额外积分（1分）必须在车手完赛成绩在前10名时才可授予。^[73] 衝刺賽將在其中六場比賽進行，車手將通过周六進行100公里的比賽取得该部分额外积分。比赛若因红旗而终止且完赛里程达到及超过75%时，车手可获得全额积分。若赛事完赛里程未超过总里程的75%，积分将根据完赛里程比例状况进行分配。
