Google助理（英語：Google Assistant)是Google开发的智慧型個人助理，于2016年5月在Google I/O发布。与Google即时不同，Google助理可以参与双向对话。Google助理目前被集成在Allo应用、Google Home设备、Android Nougat或以上的設備、Pixelbook、Wear OS、Android TV、iOS和Android Auto。

历史

Google助理在2016年5月18日的开发者大会上作为智能音箱Google Home和新的信息程序Allo的一部分首次揭晓；Google的CEO孙达尔·皮柴解释道，Google助理以对话式的和双向的体验设计，可以带来一种“跨设备的环绕式体验”。[1]该月后面的时间，Google委任Google涂鸦的团队领导者萊恩·傑米克（Ryan Germick），并聘用了皮克斯动画工作室的前動畫師愛瑪·科茲（Emma Coats）去开发“一个稍微更有个性的个人助理”。[2]

多平台支持

输入与输出

Google助理支持多种语言的语音识别。[43][44]2018年8月，Google助理加入了双语功能，但仅限设备支持的语言使用。[45]在默认选项下，Google助理不支持文本转录的句讀和拼寫等基本功能。不过在Beta版中，英语使用者可以要求“检测并在转录结果中插入标点符号”。语音转文本可以识别逗号、问号和句号。[46]

2017年5月，Google宣布个人助理将支持键盘输入功能。[47][48]通过键盘输入，用户可以查询与个人助理的历史对话记录，以编辑或删除以前输入的语句。但删除语句时，个人助理会提醒用户它使用以前的活动记录来提供更实用的服务。[49]

功能

Google Duplex

在2018年5月，Google推出了Google助理的扩展功能Duplex。它可以通过模仿人类语音来进行自然对话，其方式与語音自動電話（英语：robocall）类似。[64]Duplex可以自主完成如致电美发沙龙进行预约、安排餐厅预订以及致电企业以确认假期营业时间等动作。[65]通过使用例如“ hmm”和“ uh”之类的填充词，“mhm”和“gotcha”之类的常用口语，以及许多拟人化的語調和响应延迟进行语音干扰，Duplex可以用更自然的声音和用语进行交流。[66][67][68]2018年年底，位于亚特兰大、纽约、凤凰城和旧金山的Pixel用户可以使用Duplex进行餐厅预订。[69]

批评
