德国驻香港总领事馆（德語：Deutsches Generalkonsulat Hongkong）是德意志联邦共和国派驻香港的最高级别外交代表机构，为德国在华开设的6座使领馆之一，領事轄區范围包括香港及澳门特别行政区[1]。

总领事馆的办公场地设于金钟道95号统一中心21楼，其辖下部门包括法律和领事處、政治處、新闻處、经济處、文化處以及行政處[2]，各由一位領事主管其業務[3]。

历史

除政治原因外，香港一直是德国重要的贸易伙伴，两地间的经贸关系密切[4]。早在1953年7月27日[5]，即西德建國並获准在海外重开使领馆的4年后[6]，德国外交部便在該日向当时的英屬香港派驻了总领事館，初期只派1名館員在酒店套房内办公。尽管当时仅有约150名德国人居于香港，但香港从德国进口的金额便高达1330万英镑，躋身為香港在欧洲的第二大出口国，仅次于英国。时至今日，德港两地的双边贸易日趋紧密，德国已成为香港最大的欧洲贸易伙伴：约有600家德国公司在香港注册，其中超过50家在香港设立地区总部[7]。截至2012年，两地的双边贸易额已达760亿港元，而驻港总领事馆亦于1990年代迁入现址。[6]
