Nacon

Nacon（前稱Bigben Interactive）是一間位於法國萊坎的电子游戏公司，成立於1981年。公司業務包括設計，發行和發售電子遊戲產品和電子遊戲。^[1][2]2020年，Bigben Group宣佈將兩間公司合併為Nacon。

歷史

1981年2月17日，Bigben Interactive成立。^[3]2001年，Bigben Interactive與世嘉簽署協議，成為Dreamcast在歐洲的分銷商。^[4]2016年，亦即雅達利向美國法院申請破產保護後三年，雅達利將《试驾（英语：Test Drive (series)）》出售予Bigben Interactive。^[5]亦約在此時，《越野英雄》系列被出售給Bigben Interactive，但一直無正式公佈，該系列後於2018年發行新作《越野英雄4（英语：V-Rally 4）》。^[6]

2020年前，Bigben Interactive和Nacon均為Bigben Group的子公司。但於2020年2月11日，母公司宣佈將兩間公司合併，名Nacon，沿用至今。^[7][8]2021年3月1日，遊戲開發商Frogwares指控Nacon在當年2月兩間公司仍處法律糾紛時，以非法手段竊取《沉沒之城》並將其發行於Steam上。^[9][10]2018年至現今，Nacon收購了十餘間遊戲公司。^[11][12][13]其展望於2023年成為AA級遊戲的領頭人。^[14]

Kylotonn為Nacon收購的工作室之一

2018年5月，Bigben Interactive收購了Cyanide（英语：Cyanide (company)）。首席執行官Alain Falc指是次收購為稱霸AA級遊戲的一個重要里程碑，亦能大幅提升創造新遊戲的能力。^[15]同年9月和10月，公司再收購了Eko Software和持有獨家許可開發《世界拉力錦標賽（英语：World Rally Championship (video game series)）》系列的Kylotonn（英语：Kylotonn）。^[16][11]及後數年間，Bigben Interactive和Nacon繼續擴大其規模，收購了多間遊戲公司，包括Spiders、Big Ant Studios（英语：Big Ant Studios）、Ishtar Games等。^[17][12][13]此外，Nacon還持有RaceWard Studio過半股權。^[18]2022年5月，Nacon在意大利米蘭成立新工作室Nacon Studio Milan。^[19]
