Internet Explorer 11

Internet Explorer 11（简称IE11）是浏览器Internet Explorer的最後一个版本，由微软开发。正式版本隨Windows 8.1於2013年10月17日發佈。2013年11月7日發佈於Windows 7。2015年7月29日上市的Windows 10會改以Microsoft Edge作為預設瀏覽器，但為了相容性需求，Windows 10仍會內建IE11供使用者選用。

像Internet Explorer 10一样，Internet Explorer 11在Windows 8.1中也有Metro版。

新特性

IE11重新設計了開發人員工具^[3]、支援WebGL^[4]、增強對高DPI支援^[5]、預先轉譯和預先擷取^[6]、IE11只在Windows 8.1上支援SPDY^[7][8]；此外，IE11支援全螢幕和螢幕方向APIs、CSS border image支援、JavaScript增強功能、DOM變動觀察者、Web密碼編譯API、視訊定時文字播放軌支援、加密媒體延伸〈EME〉支援和改進的HTML編輯器^[9]。IE11預設使用Transport Layer Security v1.2（TLS 1.2）協定來作加密傳輸，並且依照RFC 7465的規範放棄使用有安全弱點的RC4加密套件^[10]。

Windows RT上的Internet Explorer 11並不支援Java和其他附加元件^[11]。

歷史

IE11的內部版本於2013年3月25日被洩露^[12]。2013年6月，微軟在Build 2013大會上宣佈，IE11將包含在Windows Server 2012 R2和Windows 8.1預覽版^[13]。2013年7月25日，微軟於Windows 7和Windows Server 2008 R2發布Internet Explorer 11開發者預覽版^[14][15]。

2020年8月17日，微软宣布自2020年11月30日起，Microsoft Teams停止對IE11的支持。2021年8月17日起，IE11不再支持Office365、OneDrive和Outlook^[16]。

2022年6月15日，微軟宣布徹底終止支援Internet Explorer^[17]。

2022年7月11日，Firefox的開發組織向微軟IE開發團隊贈送了最後一個蛋糕，以紀念歷史悠久的IE瀏覽器的退役^[18][19]。

2023年2月14日，Internet Explorer 11桌面應用程式，計劃於通過Windows 10上的版本，Microsoft Edge更新被永久禁用。
