鷺形類

鷺形類（學名：Ardeae）^[2]這個演化支是在2014年透過基因組分析所提出，包括日鳽總目和水鳥類^[3]。其中日鳽總目曾被歸類在Metaves（英语：Metaves）這個過時的演化支，而水鳥類則曾被分類為蕉鵑或是鶴形目的姊妹群^[4][5]。
