鲨烯-藿烯环化酶

鲨烯-藿烯环化酶(英語:Squalene-hopene cyclase,缩写SHCEC 5.4.99.17)或称作藿烷-22-醇水裂解酶(hopan-22-ol hydro-lyase,EC 4.2.1.129)属于原核生物中生成五环三萜的环化/变位酶家族,能催化下列两种反应,生成藿烯或藿烷-22-醇,两种产物的比例为5比1[1][2][3][4][5]
