特奥多尔·斯梯格（法語：Théodore Steeg，1868年12月19日—1950年12月19日），是法国律师、哲学教授和政治家。

斯梯格于1904年作为激进的社会主义者进入法国政界，但他的观点总体上却是温和的。他从1904年至1914年被选为塞纳河地区的众议员，之后在1914年到1944年期间转任参议员[1]。他于1920年代被任命管理阿尔及利亚和摩洛哥的殖民地政府[2]，随着当地的土著居民越来越多地开始争取政治和经济权利，这令殖民地的局势变得日益动荡；斯梯格通过推行各种农业灌溉项目改善其民生质量，他因此被称为“水利总督”[3]。他在1930年代担任过教育、内政、司法和殖民地部等多个内阁部长职位[4][5]，并曾于1930年至1931年短暂组阁成为总理[6][1]。
