張徹
簡歷
張徹父親是浙系軍閥。1940年代畢業于重慶國立中央大學（南京大學）。[註 1]抗戰後為張道藩提拔，管理文化活動，接觸電影界人。1948年到台灣拍攝電影《阿里山風雲》，是臺灣在二戰後第一部電影。之後為蔣經國延攬成其幕僚，為國防部總政治部簡任專員，軍階至上校。1957年棄政再入影壇，到香港拍攝電影。
作為新派武俠片的掌門人，在開創新武俠浪潮的過程中，張徹發掘了眾多武打巨星、武術指導和著名導演，好萊塢著名導演吳宇森，武指劉家良，演員狄龍、午馬、李修賢、姜大衛、王羽、陳觀泰、羅烈、陳惠敏、傅聲、戚冠军、狄威、杜玉明等等都是其中的佼佼者。由他帶出的弟子巨星，以及由他創下的香港陽剛武俠浪潮，足足影響了幾代人。
張徹執導的主要作品有：《獨臂刀》、《獨臂刀王》、《新獨臂刀》、《十三太保》、《報仇》、《馬永貞》、《刺馬》。他亦曾經為電影主題曲或插曲填詞，計有：《高山青》（主唱：張茜西）、《鑽石》（主唱：羅文）；2002年5月30日便因肺積水入將軍澳醫院。6月22日清晨7時30分，因肺炎病逝，享年79歲，其沒有子女，遺孀為梁麗嫦。
