唇裂與腭裂(英語:Cleft lip and cleft palate),常被合稱為唇腭裂,指包含唇裂(CL)、腭裂(CP),或二者皆有的疾病(CLP)[1][2]。腭裂是指口腔頂有斷開而使口腔與鼻腔直接相通;裂口可能發生於在嘴唇或腭的單側、雙側、或是中間。腭裂可能會造成進食問題、口語表達問題、聽力問題以及耳道感染。其他失調病徵發生的機率低於一半[1]。

唇裂與腭裂係肇因於面部組織在產前的發展未能成功接合,這是一種先天性障碍。在大部分病例中,成因尚不明確[1];患病的風險因子(英语:Risk_factor)包括懷孕時吸菸(英语:Smoking and pregnancy)、糖尿病、過胖、高齡產婦及特定藥物(英语:Drugs_in_pregnancy)(如治療癲癇發作的藥品)[1][2]。唇裂與腭裂可透過懷孕的超音波檢查(英语:obstetric ultrasonography)而得知[1]。
