克里斯·魏茲

克里斯·魏茲（英語：Christopher John Weitz，1969年11月30日—）^[1]是一名美国电影导演、监制、编剧和演员。他与他哥哥保羅·韋茲（Paul Weitz）共同导演了喜剧片《美国派》和《單親插班生》，单独导演了奇幻片《魔幻羅盤》和《暮光之城2：新月》^[2]。

克里斯·魏茲出生在美國紐約市^[3]。父親John Weitz是出生在德國的猶太人，是時裝設計師兼小說家^{[4][5][6][7][8]}。母親Susan Kohner是美國女演員，有猶太血統和墨西哥血統^[9]。外祖父Paul Kohner是猶太人^[10][11][12]。外祖母Lupita Tovar是墨西哥女演員，信奉天主教^[13][14]。哥哥保羅·韋茲是電影導演兼編劇。
