笨嘴笨舌獎（英語：Foot in Mouth Award），又譯語無倫次獎或不知所云獎，是一項由英國白話英語運動（Plain English Campaign）創立的獎項。這獎項專門頒發給「言語令人困惑的公眾人士」[1]，用以督促公眾人物向大眾提供資訊時，應使用簡潔、易懂的語言和文字。

首屆的笨嘴笨舌獎於1993年頒發，得獎者為英國板球隊教練Ted Dexter，翌年舉行第二屆的評選。其後又停辦兩年，直至1997年起每年頒發。此外，英國簡明英語組織還因前美國副總統丹·奎尔在1991年時所講的話而額外向其頒發獎項。
時至目前為止，笨嘴笨舌獎共頒發過19次，當中只有威爾斯政治家洛蒂·摩根兩度問鼎該獎項。另一方面，政治家是這獎項的得獎常客，共九度贏得此「榮譽」；其次為體育界人物，四度把獎項收入囊中。
