國王鸚鵡屬

王鹦鹉属（學名：Alisterus，台湾作國王鸚鵡屬）是鸚形目舊世界鸚鵡科下的一個屬。[2]該屬為亞澳鸚鵡亞科超級鸚鵡族下的一個成員，一共有三個物種11個亞種。[2][3]這些鸚鵡為中等體型大小的紅綠色物種，尾巴長而寬，並居於森林、林地、農田、種植園等環境中。[4]視物種不同居於澳洲東部、摩鹿加群島或新幾內亞等地。[4]

2023年所建立的親緣關係樹[5]

本屬由澳洲鳥類學家格雷戈里·馬修斯（英语：Gregory Mathews）為了解決约翰·古尔德當時錯誤命名跟指定紅翅鸚鵡屬物種時所造成的部分物種失去歸類的問題，於1919年以澳洲國王鸚鵡為模式種建立。[6][1]現據分子研究顯示該屬應歸於舊世界鸚鵡科超級鸚鵡族下。[3]

其屬名Alisterus源自馬修斯當時四歲的兒子阿利斯特·威廉·馬修斯（Alister William Mathews）的名字，意即「阿利斯特的」。[7][8]

形態特徵 编辑

如同舊世界鸚鵡科的其他成員，本屬鸚鵡有著較大的頭部和粗短的頸部。[9]:287並與麝香鸚鵡屬的物種有幾分類似，但該屬的成員鳥喙全為黑色、翅膀上也不具有淺色條紋，且也無雌雄差異。[10]體長約在35—45公分之間，飛行時通常為有節奏的振翅。[10]

本屬的巴布亞國王鸚鵡及澳洲國王鸚鵡有明顯的雌雄差異：如雄性澳洲國王鸚鵡擁有明顯的紅色頭部及胸腹部，而雌性僅腹部有紅色，主體為綠色。[9]:287但摩鹿加國王鸚鵡的兩性之間則無此差異。[10]

國王鸚鵡屬的物種大多偏向獨自居住，若將兩隻雄性個體放在同一個籠子內可能會導致競爭甚至其中一方個體死亡。[9]:288但也有成群在樹上活動的情形。[4]

保護情況 编辑

該屬鸚鵡均受《瀕危野生動植物種國際貿易公約》所保護，並被列於附錄二內。[11]現三個物種皆在《國際自然保護聯盟瀕危物種紅色名錄》中被列為無危物種，但澳洲國王鸚鵡及摩鹿加國王鸚鵡的族群趨勢被認為正在下降。[12][13][14]
