洛德金环形山

洛德金环形山（Lodygin）是月球背面南半部一座古老的大撞击坑，约形成于39.2-38.5亿年前的酒海纪[1]，其名称取自俄罗斯电气工程师亚历山大·尼古拉耶维奇·洛德金（英语：Alexander Lodygin）（Alexander Nikolayevich Lodygin，1847年-1923年），1970年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

该陨坑西北偏北靠近极大的伽罗瓦环形山、西北偏北毗邻大小类似的梅契尼科夫环形山、帕申环形山及斯滕菲尔德环形山分别位于它的东北偏东和东南偏东，而西南则横亘了更有古老的沃尔辛环形山[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为17°25′S 146°47′W / 17.42°S 146.78°W / -17.42; -146.78，直径56.11公里[3]，深度约2.43公里[1]。

洛德金环形山外观极不规则，其临近伽罗瓦环形山的西侧及西北坑壁已严重损毁、变形，且覆盖了一系列更小的撞击坑，东、南二侧坑壁虽也已磨损，但保存相对较为完整。该陨坑坑壁最大高出周边地形1180米[1]，内部容积约2611公里3[1]。坑内地表相对平坦，散布有一些细小的坑穴，靠北部坐落了一座醒目的小陨坑，中心点偏南延伸着一道由斜长岩构成的低矮山脊[4]。
