德布斯陨石坑

德布斯陨石坑（Debus）是位于月球背面赤道南侧附近的一座小撞击坑，其名称取自肯尼迪航天中心主任、德裔火箭专家库尔特·海因里希·德布斯（1908年-1983年），2000年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

描述

该陨坑西北偏西靠近甘斯基陨石坑、西北毗邻路德维希陨石坑、更大的巴斯德环形山位于它的东面、东南和西南分别坐落了巴克伦德环形山和里茨环形山^[1]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为10°41′S 99°41′E / 10.68°S 99.68°E / -10.68; 99.68，直径19.77公里^[2]，深度约1.77公里^[3]。

德布斯陨石坑外观呈圆碗形，坑壁已磨损，环边沿覆盖了数座小撞击坑，略带六边形状。坑壁已有些磨损，尤其是西南偏南侧，沿边缘傍靠了三座小撞击坑。该陨石坑内侧壁较平坦，坑壁最大高出周边地形780米^[3]，内部容积约有234.61立方千米^[3]。坑底表面相对平坦，北半部坐落有几座小陨坑。

该陨石坑在2000年被国际天文学联合会正式命名前，曾被指名为卫星坑甘斯基 H（所谓的卫星坑标记法：以所靠近的主坑名+字母来命名）。
