季霍夫环形山（Tikhov）是月球背面北半部一座古老的大撞击坑，约形成于45.5-39.2亿年前的前酒海纪[1]，其名称取自俄罗斯/苏联天文学家加夫里尔·安德里阿诺维奇·季霍夫（英语：Gavriil Adrianovich Tikhov）（Gavriil Adrianovich Tikhov，1875年－1960年），1970年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

该陨坑西北与阿伏伽德罗环形山相接壤、东侧毗邻埃姆登环形山、年轻的津格尔陨石坑位于它的东南偏南、西南则坐落了山本一清环形山[3]。该环形山中心月面坐标为61°40′N 172°17′E / 61.66°N 172.29°E / 61.66; 172.29，直径83.97公里[4]，深度约2.81公里[1]。

季霍夫环形山已被后续的撞击侵蚀和磨损，沿内外坑壁和坑底分布着一系列更小的撞击坑。在这些陨坑中，最近期的是数座位于东半侧坑内外的圆杯状小撞击坑。虽然季霍夫环形山外观轮廓大致圆形，但坑壁已因撞击而变得嶙峋不齐，坑壁平均高出周边地形1380米[1]，内部容积约有6627.8立方千米[1]。坑内地表相对平坦，东部和北部聚集着一些小陨坑，其中最大的一座位于坑底中心附近。
