国际人类细胞遗传命名系统（英語：International System for Human Cytogenetic Nomenclature，缩写ISCN）是一个人类染色体命名法的国际标准，它规定了人类染色体的多个方面包括带名称、染色体异常等术语及缩写，如q表示染色体长臂，p表示染色体短臂等。自初版在1960年发布以来对细胞遗传学的发展起到了重要作用。[1][2]
