威奇托或威啓達,威奇塔（英語：Wichita）位于美国堪萨斯州塞奇威克县阿肯色河畔，是该州最大的城市和塞奇威克县的县治所在。威奇托是美国主要的飞机制造中枢和文化中心，拥有五家飞机制造商和麦康奈尔空军基地，因此也被称为“航空首都（Air Capital）”。曼秀雷敦最早在此城市創立。現代化速食店的發明者白城堡漢堡店與必勝客比薩最早也在此城市創立。美国前国务卿邁克·蓬佩奧与家人现居该城市。
