奇鲷亚目

奇鲷亚目（学名：Stephanoberycoidei）又名奇金眼鲷亚目，為輻鰭魚綱金眼鲷目的一个亚目。随着研究发展，本类群的层级也在奇鯛目（Stephanoberyciformes）和奇鯛总科（Stephanoberycoidea）之间变动。

种系发生学

本亚目一向来就被认为是金眼鲷科的近缘类群之一，曾以大鱗鯛科（Melamphaidae）、奇鯛科、粗鱗鯛科及吉伯鯛科四科组成奇鯛目，列为金眼鲷目的姐妹群^[1]。但后来发现奇鯛目是个并系群，大鱗鯛科比其它类群更接近金眼鲷科，而另一个近缘的鲸头鱼目也是个并系群，必须与本类群整合才能成为单系群。而原本列为金眼鲷目一部份的燧鲷亚目反而成为了关系最远的外类群。^[2][3]

于是，2017年《硬骨鱼支序分类学》将金眼鲷亚类整合如下^[2][3]：
