从本季度开始为了给新剧《尼基塔》表现的机会，本剧也被移动到周五晚死亡档期（Friday night death slot（英语：Friday night death slot））再次在《超人前传》之后播出。

简介

　　Dean过着常人的生活，但是不断会有超自然物种前来，直到一次Dean十分危险的时候Sam决定出手相助；看到Sam的Dean不久得知Sam不止是唯一一个复活的人，他们的外公Samuel也复活了。再次和Sam一起捕猎时Dean发现Sam有所变化，并把看法告诉Bobby；另一方面Samuel看起来也有什么秘密计划，而且Samuel做得不错，Dean完全没有发现这个外公可疑的行动。
