贝罗索斯环形山

贝罗索斯环形山（Berosus）是位于月球正面东北部的一座大撞击坑，约形成于39.2-38.5亿年前的酒海纪[1]，其名称取自古希腊时期巴比伦史学家、马尔杜克神祭司贝罗索斯（约公元前350/340年—公元前280/270年），1935年被国际天文学联合会正式接受。

该陨坑西侧毗邻伯努利陨石坑、东面坐落了巨大的高斯环形山、而西南则靠近略大的哈恩环形山[2]。陨坑中心月面坐标为33°30′N 69°59′E / 33.5°N 69.99°E / 33.5; 69.99，直径75.24公里[3]，深约2.78公里[1]。

贝罗索斯环形山外观轮廓大体圆形，但东侧边缘则带有一些棱角，南侧坑壁已严重损毁，沿西南和北侧壁则覆盖有数座细小的撞击坑。它的坑壁高出周边地形1320米[1]，内部容积约为5142.49公里3[1]，东侧和西北内壁分布有一些阶坡状结构，坑内已被熔岩淹没，表面较为平坦且没有其它地貌结构。
