詹姆斯·查爾斯·麥康維爾（英語：James Charles McConville[1]，1959年3月16日—）[1]是一位退役美國陸軍上将，曾在2019年至2023年擔任第40任美國陸軍參謀長[2][3]。先前曾擔任第36任美國陸軍副參謀長（英语：Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army）。
麥康維爾在波士頓附近的馬薩諸塞州昆西的梅里蒙特（英语：Merrymount (Quincy, Massachusetts)）社區出生長大。畢業於大主教威廉斯高中（英语：Archbishop Williams High School），然後就讀於美國軍事學院，1981年畢業後被任命為美國陸軍步兵軍官[4][5]。獲得理學學士學位在美國軍事學院、佐治亚理工学院的航空航天工程理學碩士學位，並且在2002年哈佛大學任國家安全研究員。
