孟养镇[1] (緬甸語：မိုးညှင်းမြို့နယ်; 英語：Mohnyin Township，中国地图出版社译作“莫宁(孟养)”)，是缅甸克钦邦孟养县最南部的镇区。[2]行政机构驻最大的城镇孟养。出产玉石、宝石级的蓝晶石[3]，及琥珀、金、碧玉。[4] 镇区中北部设有印多吉湖野生动物保护区。
Hopin分镇区隶属于孟养镇区，分镇区包括1个镇、4个乡、8个行政村、27个自然村，8315户，49160人（2012年），面积642平方公里（247.9平方英里），距离孟养为35公里（22英里） from Mohnyin.[5]
