霍尼亚拉（英语：Honiara），是所罗门群岛的首都，也是瓜达尔卡纳尔省省会，截至2021年，人​​口為92,344人。該市由霍尼亞拉國際機場和克魯茲角海港提供服務，位於庫庫姆高速公路沿線。
