第二次美国内战（英語：Second American Civil War），是学者们用来将美国历史上重大政治暴力的历史时期重新归类为“内战”的总称，更常见的是，用来讨论美国未来可能爆发的内战。自1865年第一次内战结束以来，关于第二次内战的讨论以不同程度的频率和诚意进行。
