穆勒報告

穆勒报告（英語：Mueller Report）是由美國特別檢察官（英语：Special prosecutor）罗伯特·米勒所發佈的有關俄羅斯聯邦政府干涉2016年美國總統選舉以及特朗普政府是否妨礙司法公正的調查報告。该报告于2019年3月22日提交给美國司法部長威廉·巴尔^[1]。3月24日，巴尔给国会寄了一封长达四页的信，详细介绍了报告中的細節。3月27日，米勒私下给巴尔写信，指出3月24日巴尔的信“没有充分反映報告真實內容”，这导致了“公众疑慮”^[2]。美國司法部最終于2019年4月18日公开发布了这份長達448页的刪去國家機密（英语：Sanitization (classified information)）版的報告。報告共分兩部分，第一部分指出，没有足够的证据表明特朗普政府和俄羅斯政府合謀干擾選舉。第二部分則沒有直接說明特朗普是否干預司法公正，但表示特朗普的一些行为干擾調查導致檢察官可能無法得出符合事實的結論^[3]。
