浴疗

浴疗（英語：Balneotherapy，拉丁語：balneum）是一种通过洗澡治疗疾病的一种传统医学方式，常是Spa中使用。^[1]尽管浴疗和水疗有所区别，^[2]二者在实践方式和底层原理上有某些重叠。浴疗可以使用热水或冷水，通过流动的水进行按摩、放松或刺激。一些浴疗使用含二氧化硅、硫元素的矿物质水，有时也使用药用黏土（英语：Medicinal clay）。
