歐盟碳邊境調整機制

歐盟碳邊境調整機制（英語：Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism，簡稱CBAM）是欧洲联盟導入的碳強度產品（如水泥和一些電力）的環保關稅^[1][2]。作為歐洲綠色政綱（英语：European Green Deal）的一部分，它於2026年生效，並從2023年開始報告^[3][4][5]。歐盟碳邊境調整機制以450票支持、115票反對、55票棄權獲得通過^[6][7]。
