李雅達

李雅達（英語：Patrick A. Lee，1946年9月8日—），祖籍廣東省江門市新會區，香港人，美籍華裔理論物理学家，研究方向为凝聚態物理學。現任教於麻省理工學院威廉和艾瑪·羅傑斯物理學教授。

生平

李教授自1982年起即為麻省理工學院物理學系教授迄今。曾於1972年至1982年擔任貝爾實驗室理論物理的研究員。1970年至1972年任教於耶魯大學J.W. Gibbs Instructor。

他在無序電子系統、介觀物理、凝聚態物理學、低溫微小元件等領域都有許多傑出的貢獻。

研究領域

主要研究興趣在於強關聯電子系統。材料在電子之間的相互作用中發揮著至關重要的作用，並導致單電子能带結構的影響不能解釋的新現象。例子包括量子霍爾效應，介觀系統，和它們所產生的效應。

近年來的研究主要於高溫超導體。這項工作的出發點是希望研究超導體的新系列，如參雜的莫特絕緣體。

學術榮譽

• 1991年，獲得美國物理學會所頒發的奥利弗·巴克利奖。並當選美國國家科學院院士。
• 1994年，當選數理科學組中央研究院院士。
• 2005年，因為在“無序和強相互作用多體系統”理論領域所做的傑出研究而獲得狄拉克獎章。
