数字化转型

数字化转型是指人們利用信息技术来改造自身的业务，人們通过推廣数字化流程來取代非数字化或人工作業流程，或用较新的信息技术取代旧的信息技术^[1][2]。無紙化就是数字化转型的一個體現^[3]。数字化转型的另一个例子是雲端運算的使用。这减少了用户对自有硬件的依赖，增加了对基于订阅的云服务的依赖。其中一些数字解决方案增强了传统软件产品的功能，如Office 365之於Microsoft Office，而另一些则完全基于云计算，如Google Docs^[4]。

不同地區数字化转型進度有所不同。根据麦肯锡全球研究院的2016年行业数字化指数統計，欧洲的数字化潜力为12%，而美国为18%。在欧洲，德国的数字化潜力为10%，而英国的数字化潜力为17%，几乎与美国持平^[5]。2020年12月，上海市城市数字化转型工作领导小组成立。^[6]
