《打破它》（英語："Break the Rules"^[1]），是英国女歌手查莉·XCX的一首歌曲，收录于她的录音室专辑《爛咖（英语：Sucker (album)）》中。该首歌首次于查莉·XCX于2014年8月18日在自己的SoundCloud帐户上释出。并于2014年8月25日释出了本首歌曲的音乐录像带。2014年10月12日首次在英国发行，在英国单曲榜最高排名第35位。并被《柯梦波丹》杂志评为2014年度最佳歌曲第五名^[2]。该首歌作为电影插曲出现在2015年上映的电影《鸡皮疙瘩》中。^[3]
