弗雷德·愛德華·菲德勒

弗雷德·愛德華·菲德勒（英語：Fred Edward Fiedler，1922年7月13日—2017年6月8日[1]）是20世紀工業與組織心理學的主要研究者之一。他説明塑造了心理学，並且是一位心理學家領導者[2]。在1967年，他引入了領導力的權變模型理論。在1987年，菲德勒與約瑟夫·E·加西亞（Joseph E. Garcia）共同著有認知資源理論（英语：Cognitive resource theory）。
