布魯塞爾首都大區市鎮列表列出比利時布鲁塞尔首都大区^[1][2]（法語：Région de Bruxelles-Capitale，荷蘭語：Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest）下轄的19個市鎮^[3]。各市镇政府的職責包括當地執法以及維護轄區內的學校和道路等，並由各市鎮的市政長官、議會以及行政人員監督管理^[4]。

1831年，全比利時被重劃為2,739個市鎮，其中19個市鎮位於今日布魯塞爾首都大區的轄區內（布魯塞爾首都大區本身遲至1989年才設立）^[2][5]。與其他的比利時市鎮不同，這19個市鎮大多並沒有在1964、1970及1975年進行的大規模市鎮整併當中與其他的市鎮合併，不過區域首府布魯塞爾城則曾吸收了一些位於今日布魯塞爾首都大區轄區範圍外的市鎮，例如拉肯、哈伦和下-上亨贝克等（前述三者皆於1921年與布魯塞爾城合併）^[5][6]。

目前布魯塞爾首都大區最大和最小的市鎮分別為布魯塞爾城和圣约斯特滕诺德，面積分別為32.6平方公里和1.1平方公里；人口數最多和最少的市鎮則分別為布魯塞爾城和库克尔贝赫，人口數分別為176,545人和21,609人。圣约斯特滕诺德同時也是布魯塞爾首都大區人口密度最高的市鎮，人口密度達每平方公里24,650人，瓦特马尔-博斯福德則是人口密度最低的市鎮，人口密度為每平方公里1,928人。
