巴罗夏斯环形山

巴罗夏斯环形山（Barocius）是位于月球正面南部高地区一座古老的大撞击坑，其名称取自意大利数学家暨天文学家、人文主义者弗朗切斯科·巴罗齐（英语：Francesco Barozzi）（Francesco Barozzi，1537年-1604年），1935年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

巴罗夏斯环形山

该陨坑西北毗邻马若利科环形山、西南靠近克莱罗环形山、东南偏南则横亘着布赖斯拉克环形山[1]。

该陨坑中心月面坐标为44°59′S 16°49′E / 44.98°S 16.81°E / -44.98; 16.81，直径82.72公里[2]，深度约2.803公里[3]。

巴罗夏斯环形山坑壁已被后续的撞击侵蚀和磨损，最突出的是横跨在东侧壁上的卫星坑巴罗夏斯 B以及切入的巴罗夏斯 C。该环形山坑壁平均高出周边地形1370米[4]，内部容积约6300公里³[4]。坑底靠近西南内壁坐落有卫星坑巴罗夏斯 W的残骸，中心点偏北矗立着一座小中央峰。
