尼兰德陨石坑

尼兰德陨石坑（Nijland）是位于月球背面北半部的一座大撞击坑，约形成于早雨海世[1]，其名称取自荷兰天文学家阿尔贝图斯·安东尼·尼兰德（英语：Albertus Antonie Nijland）（Albertus Antonie Nijland，1868年-1936年），1970年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

该陨坑西北毗邻范马南陨石坑、东北靠近库尔恰托夫环形山、弗洛连斯基环形山坐落在它的南面、西南偏西则是分布了更小的凯宾斯基陨石坑，尼兰德陨石坑往北100多公里延伸着库尔恰托夫坑链，东南则坐落了莫斯科海[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为33°11′N 134°10′E / 33.19°N 134.17°E / 33.19; 134.17，直径35.46公里[3]，深度约2.11公里[1]。

尼兰德陨石坑是一座圆碗状的撞击坑，西侧边缘略微向外凸出。坑壁虽已磨损，但坑沿仍为清晰完整，内侧壁较宽阔平缓。该陨坑侧壁较周边地形高出980米[1]，内部容积约有905立方千米[1]。坑内地表较为平坦，直径约为陨坑的一半，表面散布有一些细小的穴坑。
