基爾扎奇區（俄語：Киржа́чский райо́н）為俄羅斯弗拉基米爾州一個管轄[1]與市級[2]地區（區）。它位於本州西部。該區面積為1135平方公里，行政中心為基爾扎奇鎮。基爾扎奇區人口：2010年人口有42,159人[3]； 45,188 (2002年人口)；[4] 1989年人口有49,846人[5]。基爾扎奇鎮的人口佔該區總人口的71.1％[3]。
