含孕激素宫内节育器

含孕激素宫内节育器（英語：Intrauterine device with progestogen），商品名为曼月乐（Mirena）等，是一种可以释放左炔诺孕酮的宫内节育器，其用途包括避孕、缓解月经过多、预防雌激素替代疗法（英语：Hormone replacement therapy）可能产生的子宫内膜增生等。^[1]这是最为有效的避孕方式之一，其年避孕失败率仅为0.2%左右。^[2]该装置经由手术放入子宫中，有效期为三至五年。^[3]取出之后，生育能力将很快得以恢复。^[1]
