勒让蒂环形山

勒让蒂环形山（Le Gentil）是月球正面西南部一座大型古陨坑，约形成于45.5-39.2亿年前的前酒海纪[1]，其名称取自十八世纪法国天文学家纪尧姆·勒让蒂（Guillaume Le Gentil，1725年-1792年），1935年国际天文学联合会批准接受。

勒让蒂环形山的周边，月球南极详图[2]。

该陨坑西侧靠近波尔兹曼环形山、北面坐落了巨大的环壁平原-巴伊环形山、大陨坑德里加尔斯基环形山则横亘在它的西南[3]。

该陨坑中心月面坐标为74°16′S 76°01′W / 74.27°S 76.02°W / -74.27; -76.02，直径125.38公里[4]，深度2.92公里[5]。

勒让蒂环形山已被后续的撞击深度侵蚀，其外观略胜于一处被严重磨损的表面洼地。残存的坑壁形似一圈嶙峋参差，且带有凹槽的起伏山脊，上面覆盖了一系列的小撞击坑，保存相对最完整的是它的东坑壁，其它部分几乎与周边背景地形难以区别。陨坑的底部斑点般地布满了陨石坑，其中中心点附近坐落了醒目的卫星坑勒让蒂 C，它的东侧连接了一对更小的双联坑，坑底南面则是另一座卫星坑勒让蒂 B。
