H·R·麥克馬斯特

赫伯特·雷蒙德·“H·R”·麦克马斯特（英語：Herbert Raymond "H. R." McMaster，1962年7月24日—），美国陆军中将、無黨籍政治人物，畢業於美國北卡羅萊納大學歷史系博士，曾任美国总统唐纳德·特朗普的国家安全顾问，退伍前曾任陆军能力综合中心（英语：United States Army Capabilities Integration Center）主任、美国陆军训练和作战指挥部副指揮官，著有《全球戰場：美國如何擺脫戰略自戀，面對全球七大安全挑戰？》與《玩忽職守：林登·詹森、羅伯特·麥納馬拉、參謀長聯席會議及那些導致出兵越南的謊言》等書。
