拜鲁尔·克里希那马查尔·桑达拉拉亚·艾扬格（英語：Bellur Krishnamachar Sundararaja Iyengar，简称 B. K. S. Iyengar，1918年12月14日—2014年8月20日）是一位印度瑜伽大师，他是艾扬格瑜伽的创始人，被认为是全球最负盛名的一位瑜伽教师[2][3]。他出版了包括《瑜伽之光》在内许多瑜伽练习书籍，在世界各地有许多人学习他创立的瑜伽练习课程。他是现代瑜伽之父——Tirumalai Krishnamacharya最早的一位学生[4]。他普及了瑜伽，并将之传播到了全世界[5]。他因此被许多人尊称为“尊敬的上师”(guru-ji)[6]。

1991年艾扬格获得印度政府颁发的莲花士勋章，2002年获得莲花装勋章，2014年获得莲花赐勋章[7][8]。2004年，艾扬格被《时代杂志》评选为全球最有影响的一百位名人之一[9][10]。

1918年12月14日，艾扬格出生在印度卡纳塔克邦一个贫穷家庭里，排行十一。他的父亲是一位教师，在他9岁时死于阑尾炎。童年时艾扬格曾患过肺结核、伤寒与疟疾，16岁开始学习瑜伽。[6]

1952年，他与瑜伽爱好者耶胡迪·梅纽因(Yehudi Menuhin)结伴旅行，从事瑜伽的传授[6]。
