2017年洲際國家盃淘汰賽將在6月28日舉行準決賽，和7月2日於圣彼得堡十字架體育場舉行決賽。分組前2名晉級淘汰賽並進行单败淘汰制。

在淘汰賽中，如果常規時間賽和，會進行加时赛，若仍舊是和局，會進行互射十二碼決定勝方。^[1]
