雷金纳德·高雷奇（Reginald George Golledge，1937年12月6日—2009年5月29日），澳大利亚新南威尔士人[1]，死于美国加州戈利塔[2]。是一名澳大利亚裔美国人，曾在加州大学圣芭芭拉分校担任地理系教授。在他的专业生涯中，他撰写编辑了16本书、以及其他书籍中上百章节，并著有超过150篇学术论文。
高雷奇和西蒙内特均认为地理学内部包括自然地理和人文地理，不同研究分支的理论与方法论差距太大，需要建立一门语言来沟通地理学各个分支，最终通过数学、统计学、计算机科学作为地理学的通用语言。后来则演变为地理信息系统，以统一地理学中的自然科学、人文科学和技术。高雷奇是行为地理学的专家[3]，并坚持支持用分析方法研究行为地理，以增强研究的实证性和规范性[4]。1984年，高雷奇双目失明，但仍然坚持地理学研究，并聚焦于残疾人地理学（英语：geography of disability），他与同校的杰克·鲁姆斯（英语：Jack Loomis）和罗伯塔·克莱兹基（英语：Roberta Klatzky）等心理学家合作开发了供残疾人使用的个人导航系统（UCSB Personal Guidance System）。
