西恩·帕克（英語：Sean Parker，1979年12月3日—）出生於美國弗吉尼亞州，是一名美国互聯網創業家，曾創立Napster，Plaxo，是知名的社交網站Facebook的首任總裁。他也是Plaxo，Causes和Airtime的联合创始人。2012年3月他的财产估值达21亿美元。

肖恩的父亲是政府的海洋研究科学家，在肖恩7岁时就教他编程。母亲是广告经纪人。忙碌于事业的父亲告诉他，如果想要冒险，就应该在成家之前。作为一位少年黑客，肖恩喜欢编程和“hacking”。16岁时，当他入侵某个财富500强公司的网站时，由于父亲拔下了电脑的键盘线，帕克没能成功退出网站，从而泄露了IP地址，使得FBI追踪到了这个16岁的黑客。因他未满18岁，法庭只是判他为社区义务劳动。

2004年6月，肖恩開始與Facebook的創辦者們同住，並成為他們非正式的顧問。其後他協助重組Facebook，並引入Peter Thiel的投資。成為Facebook第一任總裁，及佔董事會的一席（Peter Thiel佔一席，马克·扎克伯格佔兩席），得到7%的股份。[16]在2005年8月，肖恩以藏有海洛因的罪名被捕，但證據不足，沒有被正式起訴。Facebook當時最大投資方Accel Partners認為他不能再擔任總裁一職。最後肖恩自願離職，被逼放棄一半股份。但他堅持要把其董事會的席位交予Facebook的創辦者马克·扎克伯格。[17]

在2006年肖恩作為執行合夥人加入Peter Thiel的Founders Fund。

在2007年肖恩與马克·扎克伯格在哈佛的同學共同開發“Causes”，是在Facebook上最多用戶使用的非遊戲應用程式。
