肺炎枝原體 （學名 ：Mycoplasma pneumoniae 肺炎黴漿菌 [1] 肺炎 的枝原體 細菌 ，也有機會導致冷凝集素症 黴漿菌性肺炎 ，盛行於學齡兒童。

大多數患者只有輕微上呼吸道感染 ，有咳嗽 、發燒 、喉嚨痛 、頭痛 及疲倦 等徵狀，有些患者有肺外症狀像是皮膚紅疹，嚴重者則可能患上肺炎 ，屬於非典型肺炎 的一種。
輕微黴漿菌 性肺炎大多是自限性，不需藥物治療。但嚴重住院者，由於黴漿菌 性肺炎不能用一般的肺炎藥來醫治，即使兒童感染了黴漿菌性肺炎，也只能用原來用於醫治成人肺炎的強效藥物來醫治，舉例來說，可以使用大環內酯類的抗生素像是阿奇黴素 。
