罗马帝国土地的分割（拉丁語：Partitio terrarum imperii Romane），或希臘王國的分割（拉丁語：Partitio regni Graeci ）是1204年第四次十字軍東征洗劫拜占庭首都君士坦丁堡後十字軍之間簽署的一項條約。該條約建立了拉丁帝國，並在十字軍東征參與者之間名義上瓜分了拜占庭領土，威尼斯共和國是名義上最大的受益者。然而由於十字軍實際上並沒有控制帝國的大部分地區，當地的拜占庭希臘貴族建立了許多拜占庭繼承者王國（尼西亞帝國、特拉比松帝國、伊庇魯斯專制國）。因而十字軍宣稱的帝國分割大部分永遠無法實施，條約建立的拉丁帝國一直持續到1261年尼西亞帝國重新征服君士坦丁堡，重新建立拜占庭帝國。 希臘南部和愛琴海群島的各個十字軍公國持續的時間要長得多，直到 14 世紀和 15 世紀被奧斯曼帝國征服。
