琼·克劳馥（英語：Joan Crawford，出生名為 Lucille Fay LeSueur，190?年3月23日^{[註 2]}—1977年5月10日），生于美国德克萨斯州，美國女演員及百事可乐公司董事会主席之一，第18屆的奥斯卡影后。1999年，美國電影學會評選她為百年來最偉大的女演員第10名。^[13]

瓊·克勞馥出生时名为露西尔·费伊·勒萨埃尔（Lucille Fay LeSueur）^[14] ，她的家境很贫困，她的母亲是清洁工，父母在她出生前就分居了。有一姐一兄。童年时她拥有三位继父，9岁时她就立下志愿希望成为一名著名的舞蹈演员。^[15]1915年同母亲搬到了堪萨斯市。为了挣取学费，她不得不在一家洗衣房打些零工。

露西尔非常热爱舞蹈，她常参加一些竞赛或是出现在夜总会里。1923年她赢得了一个业余舞蹈比赛，由此她获得了在底特律、纽约和芝加哥参加歌舞表演的工作。1925年她搬到了洛杉矶，很快她就开始出演小角色。同年米高梅的宣传主管皮特·史密斯（Pete Smith）发现了她的才华，但是认为她的名字太拗口。后来米高梅公司和18岁的露西尔签订了合同。一家名为《电影周刊》（Movie Weekly）的杂志举办了一场取名竞赛，最后瓊·克勞馥这个名字胜出并且提名者获得了500美元的奖金。露西尔最初并不是很喜欢这个名字，认为它听起来很像龙虾（crawfish）。^[16]1928年她因为电影《愛跳舞的女兒》（Our Dancing Daughters）一夜成名，并且成为了新潮女郎运动的标志。1929年瓊·克勞馥同自己的第一任丈夫小道格拉斯·費爾班克斯结婚，不过婚后生活并不融洽，1933年他们就离了婚。小道消息说她对克拉克·盖博颇有好感，1929年时她还拍摄了自己的第一部有声电影。
