淺腹壁動脈（superficial epigastric artery）源自於股動脈腹股溝韌帶下方一公分處。淺腹壁動脈會經過股鞘以及篩狀筋膜，並經過會陰韌帶前方。之後會在腹壁的兩層淺筋膜之間向上延伸至肚臍。
淺腹壁動脈有許多細小分支，會供養淺下腹股溝淋巴節、淺筋膜，和皮膚，並和下腹壁的其他動脈形成吻合
