拉斯·库恩

洛斯·約瑟夫·昆（英語：Russ Joseph Kun；1975年9月8日—^[1]），諾魯政治家，現任諾魯總統及國會議員。

2003-2004年，昆洛斯曾擔任國會選舉的監察員^[2]^[3]。
2005年昆成為商務部代秘書
2008年昆擔任布政司
2012年昆擔任代理內政部長。
2008年至2010年和2012年至2013年期間，昆洛斯還擔任瑙魯國家教科文組織委員會成員。
2013年昆洛斯以烏本德選區的四名成員之一的身分首次當選瑙魯議會議員，並於2016年、2019年及2022年連任。
在2022年大選後舉行的第一屆議會中，昆洛斯是瑙魯總統選舉（英语：2022 Nauruan presidential election）的唯一提名人^[4]，於同年9月29日與內閣一起宣誓就職。
