英國-阿富汗條約（英語：Anglo-Afghan Treaty of 1919[1][2]），也稱拉瓦爾品第條約（英語：Treaty of Rawalpindi），是結束第三次英國—阿富汗戰爭的條約[3]。該條約由英國和阿富汗酋長國於1919年8月8日在旁遮普省（英语：Punjab Province (British India)）拉瓦爾品第簽署。英國承認阿富汗的獨立（根據條約第5條），同意英屬印度不再向開伯爾山口延伸，並停止英國對阿富汗的補貼。根據1919年《英國-阿富汗條約》第5條，阿富汗還接受了此前與英屬印度商定的所有邊界安排[3][4][5][6][7]。因此，阿富汗作為一個獨立國家同意承認杜蘭線為兩國之間的國際邊界[4][5][7][8]。
